My grandma turns 82 today. She still teaches yoga. She doesn't do headstands like this lady, but she's a powerhouse. She grew up practicing yoga with her grandma (Lilo) and stepped down as a full-time eco-warrior in our nation’s capital to learn more about the wild, mysterious ecosystem of the human body (and is working her way toward a Doctor of Physical Therapy).
